Initial Consultation
We will arrange the Initial Consultation at your home at your convenience. There is No Charge for this and the aim of this consultation is to discuss your project Aspirations, Budget and Time Scales.
Survey & Inspection
A Measured Survey will be undertaken and other investigations made to enable preparation of plans, sections and elevations of the existing buildings / site.
Planning Drawings & Design.
Conceptual design proposals are prepared based on the requirements of the project brief. During this process we produce scaled Detailed Floor Plans, Elevations and Sections to help you understand the designs and scale of the project.
Planning Submission
Once the Consultation process has been completed and a design has been agreed we will prepare and Submit your planning application for you via the on-line planning portal, copy you in on any relevant E-mail and keep you informed of progress of the application as it unfolds.
